Why We Expanded the Program
Demand for reliable, low-cost embedded parts has grown as manufacturers in industrial control, consumer devices, IoT and instrumentation look for microcontrollers and serial NOR Flash that give a fast boot and a predictable supply. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine GigaDevice devices across its regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving MCU and flash models that production lines depend on, and keep them available when customers need them, whether the quantity is a handful of samples or a full production build.
GigaDevice offers a broad GD32 microcontroller family across several Arm Cortex-M cores and a broad GD25 serial NOR Flash family, so a designer can source the processor and the boot memory from one supplier at a competitive cost. By holding the mainstream models in regional inventory, BeiLuo removes the gap between a design win and a production run, and it gives engineers a local source that can respond in days rather than the weeks a factory allocation can take.
What Is Now Stocked
The expanded program covers two broad families. On the flash side we stock the GD25 serial NOR Flash from 32 Mbit to 128 Mbit, with Standard, Dual and Quad SPI and a 133 MHz read, in the SOP8 package that keeps the footprint stable across the densities. On the MCU side we stock the GD32 microcontrollers on the Arm Cortex-M23, Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4 cores, with rich timers, ADC and DAC and interfaces such as CAN and USB. Together the families serve industrial control, motor drives and inverters, power metering, consumer and handheld devices, IoT nodes and PC peripherals.
GD25 NOR Flash
The stocked flash covers the boot-storage role, from a small 4 MB part for a bootloader and a firmware image to a 16 MB part for a larger image or a small file system. Because the densities share the SOP8 package and the pinout, the code space can grow without a board change, and the fast read and the security features support a fast boot and a secure-boot scheme.
GD32 Microcontrollers
The stocked MCUs cover the range from the low-cost, low-power Cortex-M23 GD32E230 to the mainstream Cortex-M3 GD32F103 and the Cortex-M4 GD32F303 with a floating-point unit and a DSP instruction set. All use the familiar Arm toolchain, so the software and the skills carry across, and a firmware can often be ported from a comparable part.
What This Means for Customers
For design and production teams, in-stock devices shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream models from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the read timing, the power and the peripherals before committing to production volumes, and it keeps a reorder fast when a design moves into series production.
Documentation With Every Order
Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which matters when a device sources into a product that ships worldwide. Documentation is prepared before dispatch, so it arrives together with the parts rather than trailing them.
Regional Warehousing and Lead Time
The stocked models are held in regional warehouses close to major manufacturing centers, so a mainstream part can move in days. Allocation-sensitive densities or cores are scheduled against customer forecasts, and BeiLuo confirms availability before you commit to an order. This two-part approach balances fast delivery for the common parts against predictable supply for the rest, which is exactly what a production schedule needs.
How to Access the Program
Customers can ask for a stocked model, a sample or a volume quotation by contacting the BeiLuo team. If you send your flash density and bus width and your MCU core, memory and peripheral requirements, our FAE engineers will confirm the best-fit device, verify the specification and quote with current stock and lead time. Combined with the documentation that ships on every order, the expanded program gives design and production teams a reliable local source for GigaDevice devices across the industrial, consumer and IoT segments.
