GD32F103C8T6
GigaDevice GD32F103C8T6 ARM Cortex-M3 MCU, 108 MHz, 64 KB flash and 20 KB SRAM, CAN and USB, in an LQFP-48 package.
The GD32F103C8T6 is a GigaDevice GD32F103 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M3 core, in an LQFP-48 package. It runs at up to 108 MHz with zero wait states on the flash, and it offers 64 KB of on-chip flash and 20 KB of SRAM, which suit a general control, a communication or an instrumentation application. The peripheral set includes general-purpose, advanced-control and basic timers, a SysTick timer and an RTC, two 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs and interfaces such as SPI, I2C, USART and UART, CAN 2.0B and a full-speed USB 2.0 device, and it provides up to 37 general-purpose I/O pins. The device operates from about 2.6 V to 3.6 V over an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, and the rich peripheral set and the low-cost, low-power balance make it a strong choice for industrial control, motor drives, power monitoring, consumer and handheld equipment and PC peripherals. Because the core is the familiar Arm Cortex-M3 and the toolchain is standard, the software development is straightforward. Every device BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the memory and the package and plan the software and the peripherals.
FAE Professional Review
The GD32F103C8T6 is the mainstream Cortex-M3 workhorse of the GD32 family, a well-balanced general-purpose part with 64 KB of flash, the full timer and ADC set and CAN and USB. The 108 MHz core and the zero-wait-state flash give good performance for the cost. Confirm the peripheral differences from a comparable part and the package pinout before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the GD32F103C8T6?
It suits a general control, a communication or an instrumentation application that needs a 32-bit Cortex-M3, 64 KB of flash, a full timer and ADC set and interfaces such as CAN and USB, such as industrial control, a motor drive or a power meter.
Confirm the memory and the package for your design.
Do I need a Cortex-M4 instead?
Choose the Cortex-M4 GD32F303 when the application needs a floating-point unit, a DSP instruction set or more memory, such as a field-oriented motor control or a signal-processing task. The Cortex-M3 is enough for a general control application.
Our FAE team can help choose the core.
