GigaDevice MCU Distributor | GD32 Cortex-M Microcontrollers
Genuine GigaDevice GD32 microcontrollers on Arm Cortex-M23, M3 and M4 cores, up to 108 MHz with rich peripherals, in packages from 36 to 144 pins.
GigaDevice GD32 MCUs Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine GigaDevice GD32 microcontrollers, the 32-bit general-purpose MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M core that balance performance, low power and cost. GigaDevice has built a broad GD32 family across several cores, from the entry-level Cortex-M23 for a cost-sensitive control task to the Cortex-M3 and Cortex-M4 for a mainstream or a DSP-capable application, and it shares the same peripheral set and the familiar Arm toolchain, so a designer can move across the range and reuse the code. The GD32F103 series runs a Cortex-M3 core at up to 108 MHz with on-chip flash and SRAM, multiple timers, two 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs and interfaces such as SPI, I2C, USART, CAN and USB. The GD32F303 series adds a Cortex-M4 core with a floating-point unit and a digital signal processing instruction set for a motor-control or a signal-processing task. The GD32E230 series uses the Cortex-M23 core for a low-cost, low-power design. The devices operate from about 2.6 V to 3.6 V over an industrial temperature range and come in packages from 36 to 144 pins. Typical applications include industrial control, motor drives, power monitoring, consumer and handheld devices, and PC peripherals. Every device BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Our FAE team helps you choose the core, the memory and the package and plan the software and the peripherals.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I read the GD32 MCU table?
Core sets the architecture and the performance, Flash and SRAM set the memory, Speed the clock and Package the pin count and the board fit.
Choose the core from the workload and the memory from the code and the data.
Which core should I choose?
The Cortex-M23 is a low-cost, low-power core for a simple control task, the Cortex-M3 is a mainstream core for a general application and the Cortex-M4 adds a floating-point unit and a DSP instruction set for a motor-control or a signal-processing task.
Our FAE team can help match the core.
Can I reuse STM32 code on a GD32?
The GD32 family has a similar peripheral set and a familiar register map, so a well-structured firmware can often be ported with modest changes, and GigaDevice provides a firmware library. Confirm the peripheral differences and the timing for the specific part.
Read the migration notes for the practical steps.
Are the devices genuine and documented?
Every GigaDevice device BeiLuo ships is factory-traceable and includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Mainstream models are held in regional warehouses.
